Get away from the crowds and enjoy the pristine east end of Roatan. We have the perfect place for you to relax and unwind after a day of fishing, diving or snorkeling. Our property is a short 10 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

A beachfront escape like no other.

With the ocean just steps away, immerse yourself in the beauty of this tropical retreat. Soak up the sun, take a peaceful stroll along the shore, or simply unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves. Enjoy direct access to the water—while the area has some seaweed, you’re welcome to swim and may even spot some fish. For added comfort, you may want to bring water shoes. If you appreciate a serene, natural setting by the sea, this is the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings.

You will be able to enjoy the private wraparound deck on your home as well as the pool deck and ocean palapa.

The hosts, Cal and Terri, live on site and can help you with anything you need.

In addition to the amenities, we provide paddle boards and kayaks for your enjoyment. Explore the pristine waters and picturesque coastline at your leisure. For those seeking adventure, we also offer an on-site boat that can take you on a memorable cruise or snorkeling excursion (additional fee applies). Or you can have the local dive shop pick you up right off the dock!

Directions

Head East (right turn) from the airport. Make sure to stop at Eldon’s in French Harbor and stock up on groceries. Continue East out of French Harbor. Shortly after you pass the turn for Oak Ridge there will be a road on the right. This is called Diamond Rock Road. The first road to the left on Diamond Rock Road will be Punta Blanca. Follow the signs to “Dancing Oaks” (our neighbor) and go to the next driveway. Your parking will be over the bridge. Welcome!

Distance to Wild Wind:

-If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the property is 40 to 50 minutes.
-If you travel by ferry, the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 35 to 45 min.
-The supermarket is 23min drive, so we recommend a stop before heading to the house on you check in day 👌🏼

Guests Access:

You’ll have the entire property all to yourself, with exclusive access to both the Main House and Tree House. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away! Please note, the beach is a public space open to all 🏝️

Additional Information

•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open.

NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

•⁠ Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.
•⁠ Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge. Feel free to contact us regarding our pet friendly options!

✈️ Flights & Passport:

•⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
•⁠ Direct flights from U.S to Roatan (RTB) are available with American (Miami & Dallas), United (Houston & Denver) and Delta (Atlanta).
